I’m a dedicated husband and proud father to a spirited 2-year-old boy who brings joy and perspective to my life. Family is at the core of who I am, and it fuels my sense of purpose and drive in both personal and professional endeavors.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through hobbies like fishing, rafting, American football, free climbing, basketball, insanity workout and soccer. Adrenaline junkie here.
I also have a passion for photography, creative writing, and music, which help me balance creativity with focus. Whether I’m outdoors or exploring new interests, I’m always looking for ways to grow and stay connected with the things I love.
I’m a dynamic and results-oriented servant leader with extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, and executive support, particularly in the SaaS and tech sectors.
My ROLES as a:
Business Owner & Managing Director
Technical Director
Senior Project Manager
Project Delivery Manager
Project & Client Support Manager
and Executive Assistant
have equipped me with a wide range of skills, including team management, strategic oversight, and operational execution.
I EXCEL at:
Turning strategic ideas into actionable results
Aligning cross-functional teams, and
Consistently delivering projects on time, within scope, and with precision.
I AM:
Highly organized and comfortable in fast-paced, complex environments
I KNOW HOW TO:
Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
My experience spans large-scale projects and day-to-day operations, giving me the versatility to lead strategic initiatives and provide administrative and managerial support.
I’m proficient in various tools, including Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, and Jira, making me a tech-savvy professional always seeking to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
It's also associated with clear communication and depth of thought, reflecting my ability to manage complex projects, build strong relationships, and maintain focus on long-term goals.
Additionally, steel blue represents integrity and responsibility—both of which are key traits in my professional life, as I:
Take ownership of tasks
Ensure accountability
Aim for excellence in everything I do.
It’s a color that conveys both calm leadership and strategic clarity, making it a fitting reflection of my personality and professional approach.
Frameworks/Laws/Methodologies/Principles/Rules I Use
The Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule)
What’s the ONE thing I can do today that will make everything else easier?
Business Focus: Prioritize the 20% of clients who generate 80% of my revenue.
Stress Reduction: Eliminate the 20% of activities that cause 80% of my stress and distractions.
Sunk Cost Fallacy
Recognizing the Sunk Cost Fallacy empowers me to make decisions based on future potential rather than past costs.
Example: Imagine you’ve spent years studying for a degree in a particular field. A few years into your career, you realize it’s not the path you want to follow. Yet, the weight of your past investment keeps you tethered.
Parkinson's Law
The more time you give yourself to complete a task, the longer it will take.
Example: school assignments you finished just before the deadline, regardless of when they were assigned.
Progressive Summarization
Capturing just the most important quotes
Bolding the main points within the notes
Highlighting interesting or valuable notes
ADD Framework
Turning pretty much everything (but mostly meeting notes) I do into:
I appreciate the sandwich technique for feedback. Start with what’s working, share areas to improve, and end with positive reinforcement. Clear, actionable advice helps me the most.
The 1-3-1 Rule
If you bring a problem to address, be prepared with 3 viable potential ideas for a solution and your top suggestion or recommendation. We can also discuss:
What’s right?
What’s wrong?
What help do you need?
Japan's 80% Rule
Prioritize nutritious foods
Eat slowly to calibrate fullness
Stop eating at 80%
Pro tip: If you struggle with overeating, try these tips. At home? Use smaller plates; you’ll serve yourself less food. Out at a restaurant? Ask for a to-go box when you get your meal, and pack up half of it immediately (Credit: James Clear)
Limit Foods That Weaken Focus
Food types I avoid (more or less all the time):
Added sugars
Fried foods
High-glycemic-load carbohydrates (such as white bread)
Alcohol, and
Preservatives like nitrates
Stay Hydrated
I drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
Being dehydrated by as little as 2% significantly impairs cognitive ability.
Have a Strong Rest Ethic
I track my readiness, sleep, activity (e.g. workouts, walk, dance, etc.), heart rate, heart health, cardio capacity and body clock with Oura.
Avoid Energy Vampires
I spend more time with people who give me energy.
I spend less time with people who steal my energy.
Control Your Dopamine
We’re unhappy because our dopamine is depleted. Checking our phone 100+ times per day is NOT only destroying our happiness but also our ability to get stuff done.
The best productivity app on your phone is called Airplane Mode (use it).
Pro tip: If Airplane Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode isn’t enough, try some helpful tools that block distracting websites and apps. I use Opal on my Mac.
The Two-Pizza Rule
This gem comes straight from Jeff Bezos: If two pizzas can't feed everyone in the room, your meeting is too big. Keep your group small enough to stay nimble and engaged.
Pro Tip: If your invite list starts ballooning, consider smaller breakouts instead of one massive meeting.
The Empty Chair
Here’s another meeting tip from Amazon: Keep one chair vacant to represent your customer. It's a powerful reminder to keep their needs at the center of every discussion.
Pro Tip: If you’re meeting remotely, designate one square on-screen for your “customer” and keep referring back to them.
The 4-Bullet Update
Keep status updates crisp and clear with these 4 talking points:
“Here’s what you asked me to do…”
“Here’s what I did…”
“Here are the risks and blockers (if any)…”
“If given more time, I’d do this…”
Pro Tip: Use this format in emails, Slack, or project management tools.
I live for the grind of simplifying chaos, whether it's in business or life, so people can STOP wasting time on the stuff that doesn’t matter and START focusing on what does—growth, creativity, and making an impact.
I’m here to help people get their timeback, level up, and execute at a higher level by cutting through the noise and getting real results.
It’s about making life easier, clearer, and getting after it every single day.
Build a life where, personally and professionally, everything flows with clarity, purpose, and impact. I want to create systems that simplify the complexities around me, allowing me to focus on the things that truly matter: personal growth, time with loved ones, and meaningful work.
I want to constantly improve, play to my strengths while pushing my boundaries, and surround myself with exceptional people who elevate my thinking and drive me to improve. I want to make an impact by helping others achieve the same clarity, saving them time, and unlocking their potential.
Ultimately, I want a life of balance—where physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being are all in harmony, and every decision I make brings me closer to living with more intention, efficiency, and joy.
I see through the noise and focus on what really matters—helping others save time and live better. I’m driven to improve, but I always lead with kindness and honesty.
I bring a blend of strategic thinking, empathy, and a relentless drive for improvement, all while keeping things simple and actionable.
"Why the f*** aren’t you on social media? Everyone is."
Well, here's the thing—I absolutely love tech and consider myself an early adopter of most digital goods. I respect the role social media plays, I track trends, and I keep an eye on everything. But I’ve made the choice to stay out of that space.
Personally, I found social media didn’t bring value to my life. Instead, it pulled me into constant distraction and amplified my FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) to an unhealthy level. Stepping away has allowed me to regain control, feel more relaxed, satisfied, and fulfilled without the noise and negativity. Embracing JOMO (Joy of Missing Out) since early 2022. Peace out!
P.S. Even though I’m not on social media, I maintain strong connections with all the important people in my life. If someone needs to reach me, they will always find a way. For me, it’s about meaningful interactions, not endless scrolling.
"After dealing and working with couple of other web developers that were great when they needed to sell, but not great at delivering their product, I met Frane. Frane was great from the initial call, the quote and most importantly his delivery was great. He is responsive and does things very fast and at high quality. I am extremely happy that Frane developer our Patriot Aquatics website and I look forward to working with him in the future on future website development and maintenance."
Jure Radnic
Director at Hvar Summer Festival
"Excellent collaboration, site development dynamics, and maintenance. Fresh, imaginative and professional! All recommendations."
Petar Dombaj
Municipal Major at Općina Drnje
"All praise for the excellent cooperation. In our case, we had a problem with the maintenance of the website of the Municipality of Drnje, which we successfully resolve after signing a long-term contract with Frane."
